1. Products & Orders

  • We sell office organization products, including pen holders, file cabinets, and terminal boxes.

  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colors and designs may vary slightly.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

  • You are responsible for using products as intended and following all safety instructions.

  • File Cabinets:

    • Anti-Tip Safety: Never open more than one drawer at a time. Always close drawers after use. Place heavier items in bottom drawers. For tall cabinets, anchor to wall to prevent tipping .

    • Do not allow children to climb or hang on drawers.

    • Ensure cabinet is on level, stable surface.

    • Do not exceed drawer weight capacities.

    • For lockable models, keep keys away from children.

  • Terminal Boxes:

    • Do not exceed electrical ratings of any power strip inside.

    • Ensure proper ventilation to prevent overheating.

    • Keep away from liquids.

    • Regularly inspect cords for damage.

    • Unplug during electrical storms.

  • Pen Holders:

    • Keep small parts (pens, caps) away from young children (choking hazard).

3. Product Safety Compliance
Our products are manufactured to comply with applicable U.S. safety standards :

  • Material Safety: Products meet requirements for lead content and phthalates under CPSIA .

  • Flammability: Terminal boxes meet UL 94 flame-retardant standards.

  • Stability: File cabinets designed to meet ASTM stability requirements.

4. Export and Customs Compliance
For international shipments, customers are responsible for compliance with all applicable export regulations :

  • Items must be properly classified with correct HS Codes (pen holders and file cabinets: 830400 ) .

  • Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing may be required for shipments valued over $2,500 .

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees .

  • Certain destinations may have additional restrictions .

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable US law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from improper assembly, tip-over accidents, electrical issues from improper use of terminal boxes, or injuries from misuse.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which the seller is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
